GREYL LYNN HOUSE II
2015
Grey Lynn House II alteration and additions required a sensitive response to a complex set of constraints: including heritage, sustainability, aspect, and expanded family/ whanau dwelling.
Through its warm materiality, and cinematic lineal plan, the planning draws you through the house, as you traverse the various levels, offering the visitor and family with views and connections to the garden and local landscape.
