HAWKES BAY ADDITION
2018
Alterations and additions to a John Scott + Len Hoogerbrug 1970's designed house. A new addition to the rear creates and extension to the existing dwelling for a growing family, incorporating in doing so, new bedroom second living/ guest, and games room below. The addition to the plan also creates a new outdoor courtyard made accessible. A clear nod to the scale and proportions of the existing is contrasted by a change in materiality.
