Renovation of an existing street front tenancy in Fitzroy Melbourne to create a Japanese inspired Ume Nomiya Bar and venue.

Dealing with the tight constraints of an existing building fabric, in an historic corner of Melbourne, the development of this venue celebrates food, culture, wine, and great company within an exciting and richly textured urban surrounds.
